[Academic] Grant Information

Hi

Until recently I have had sufficient space to store 7 years worth of 
grant information.  Due to the refurbishment on the eighth floor of the 
JA building the space I have may be greatly reduced and I will no longer 
be able to keep this information centrally.

FIS now contains copies of orders and invoices as well as budget 
statements, so everything you need is accessible.

It is still my intention to keep the most recent grants for information 
but I will now be contacting you over the next few weeks for your 
instructions with regards to older material.
