I received this via the Condensed Matter theme of SUPA but it looks like 
it should apply to other themes. If you have a poster (A0, portrait) you 
would like to display at the SUPA AGM please ask your supervisor to 
contact the relevant SUPA theme representative.

Also, please sign up to attend the AGM if not already done so. Agenda 
attached.

We are still looking for posters by PhD students to display at the SUPA 
Annual Meeting to be held on Friday 19^th April. Up to five posters may 
be submitted from each theme. These should be of A0 size and in portrait 
format. Please let me know how many posters you would like to display. I 
have attached the current draft of the agenda for your information.
