[Academic] Draft Timetable - 2013-14 - IMPORTANT INFO

Hi

The Timetable for 2013-14 is currently being prepared and I have been 
asked by the Timetabling team to provide information by 21st April, 2013.

Can I please ask you to check your classes and notify me of any changes 
by Wednesday 10th April.  This should include:

Estimated numbers;
Change of day, time or both;
Changes to room provision (data projector, etc);
Name of lecturer(s)

If I do not hear back from you by the 10th I will assume that this 
year's arrangements (2012-13) were fine and will carry them forward.
