[Academic] IMPORTANT AND URGENT - Capital Purchases

Hi

Further to the email below I really need your help.  In order to cut down on the work involved let's look specifically at orders upwards of £100,000 and if they don't exist within your group then orders upwards of £50,000.  All I need is description, value, location and approx date of purchase and I need this by Friday noon as I am on holiday next week.

I know its short notice but I do appreciate your help.

Hi

I have been notified that an accountability and assurance audit is imminent and this takes into account the departmental asset register.

With this in mind I would ask all staff to assist Annette with any outstanding asset register information, including replacement items purchases as part of insurance claims and also a list of items lost as a result of flooding, vandalism, etc.

Can you also provide  me with a summary of your most valuable assets purchases in the past 5 years (including those purchased through Estates).  It is most likely that these are already registered on our asset register but I am concerned that items purchased in conjunction with the Centre, Purchasing, Estates, etc may not be listed.  I attach a form for you to complete.
