Following the launch of The Institute for Future Cities<http://www.strath.ac.uk/press/newsreleases/headline_722906_en.html> last week, we’d like to invite you to a networking event to find out more about how you can get involved.

The event, on 28th June, 10am-12pm, will include introductions from Richard Bellingham, Director of the new Institute, as well as speakers from Glasgow City Council’s Future Cities<http://www.glasgow.gov.uk/index.aspx?articleid=9647> project, an outline of some forthcoming funding opportunities and the chance to meet other colleagues interested in working in this area.

Please register on the R&KE Portal<https://moss.strath.ac.uk/research/resportal/events/Lists/Events/DispForm.aspx?ID=51&Source=https%3A%2F%2Fmoss%2Estrath%2Eac%2Euk%2Fresearch%2Fresportal%2Fevents%2FLists%2FEvents%2FAvailable%2520Events%2Easpx> by Wednesday 19th June if you’d like to attend- and please forward this to other colleagues who you think may be interested.
