The Researcher Development Team would like to draw your attention to the following knowledge exchange opportunity which we’d very much appreciate your support in encouraging research students and staff within your department to get involved in.  The four day workshop aims to encourage researchers to look beyond the limits of their own subjects to acquire skills and knowledge outside their specialism, and is a fantastic opportunity for them to create new networks and gain and increase confidence in KE and collaborative activities.

Strathclyde Solutions Exchange is a four day interdisciplinary workshop which will allow you to work collaboratively with other Strathclyde researchers to solve problems from local industry, charities and SMEs.

You will facilitate new cross-disciplinary collaborations both within the University of Strathclyde as well as between the University and the local community.

Benefits of participation:


·         Build interdisciplinary connections through interacting with researchers from different departments/Faculties.

·         Opportunity to engage in and raise your Knowledge Exchange profile.

·         Follow up funding available for further research/networking/KE.

·         Potential to develop collaborative publications and research funding proposals through participation within the workshop.
