[Academic] IMPORTANT: Staff visits abroad

Once again I need your cooperation with information required by the Centre, please see email below.  

Rob did ask me to forward this to you mid week but unfortunately I missed this in my inbox.  So sincere apologies for the short notice.

Could I ask you to return information on the following by Tuesday of next week so that I can compile a list and forward to the IC Committee.

The University via the Internationalisation Commitee (IC) is seeking information on staff visits abroad planned within the next 6 months. We intend to collect this information at Faculty level, and will forward to IC.

Specifically we would like to know about staff visits for:

  *   Student recruitment activities - in any country
  *   Research/KE, conference attendance, lectures - in China, Brazil, Singapore, New York and California only.
We would like to know:

  *   Name of the member of staff
  *   Place/person to be visited (institution, city, country etc)
  *   Purpose of the visit
  *   Dates of the visit
