Dear All,

I'm ready to make a proposal, or proposals, concerning how best we use
the vacant space in the John Anderson to achieve our multiple
requirements, which include:
- move of staff from Colville to John Anderson
- accommodation of new starts, with room for them to grow groups
- co-locations of staff working in the same areas

Please complete the doodle poll at
http://www.doodle.com/q6za7kes4attrzqk for dates in the window 12-14
March. I would appreciate it if you could do this soon - I would like to
pick a time-slot on the afternoon of Mon 24th in order to ensure we can
get a room.

I will circulate the proposal(s) in advance of the meeting and look
forward to a constructive discussion of what's possible. Its become
clear to me that as a Department we can achieve something quite
significant through this opportunity.

Regards,

Rob
