[Academic] meeting to discuss John Anderson level 6,7,8 space

Dear All,

Currently the best times are either Weds 12th at 3pm or Friday 14th at 
10am. Naturally there is no time that suits everyone.
I will confirm on Monday, after allowing time for a few more to respond, 
but please keep the above two slots free if possible.
