[Academic] Timetabling 2014-15

Hi Everyone

I have received an email from Timetabling informing me that timetabling arrangements for 2014-15 must be scheduled before Friday 16th May.

Now I am well aware that we haven't finished this semester yet and that it is very early, however, I plan to start working on this in earnest in April.  As the students have a two week break and Easter falls in April I am aware that people may be away during this time so I am giving you advance warning of what is going to be needed.

If you do not plan to make any changes to the days and times of your courses then please let me know that everything will stay the same as soon as possible.

If you do plan to make changes to your courses then please notify me of the following:

Days
Times
Weeks
Room Requirements
Numbers - hard to predict but if you are able to provide a reasonable estimate fine, if not I will use the numbers from 2013-14
Class Test Days and Times, if a separate room is required from the one you are holding your lectures and tutorials

The changes will need to reach me no later than 25 April to enable me to make the changes on the timetabling system in plenty of time before the shutdown.
