Dear All,

I currently know of 4 possible applications to the Postgraduate Cohort
Fund fund from within the Department. The relevant people have been
contacted separately. Just in case there are others out there who will
apply and have not yet made themselves known I would be grateful for at
least the basic information below.

Regards
John

Dear All,

I gather that you are applying for studentships for these mini-CDT setup
funds. In the light of this we would like some minimal information from
you before the bids to the fund are submitted. Some of the Departmental
Exec are meeting late Thursday afternoon to look at the general
landscape of the bids and we would be grateful for the following info
beforehand.

(1) Whether you are likely to bid for funds
(2) The overall shape of the bid - external partners, training provision
etc.
(3) What are you hoping for/expecting from
University/Faculty/Departmental contributions.
(4) Do you have, or expect to have any external financial support? At
what level?

Anything else that you might think to be of relevance?

Sorry for the short notice, but any info that you can get me, however
sketchy, will be of help.
If you have a reasonably-worked up proposal that's great, but just some
answers to my questions will be good too.

Regards
John
