[Academic] New Purchasing Manual with Revised Quotation-Tender Thresholds

Hi

I recently attended a Purchasing seminar and was informed that the thresholds for single source justification, quotations and tenders had been changed.  The purchasing manual which lists this information is 58 pages long and it is not my intention to send this to staff, it is however accessible on the Purchasing Website at http://www.strath.ac.uk/procurement/.

I have attached the new single source justification form and the procurement quick reference guide which provides the revised thresholds and is considerable shorter and easier to navigate.
