Anyone want to pilot the university dropbox? It's quite important that
we get a useful system.

Contact Claire Carroll directly.

Dear All,

Thank you for your support so far in the process to help select a
solution for Strathcloud. Step 3 of this process (to view and score
three products) wasn't as effective as we had hoped due to the quality
of available videos (very sales-y) and the lack of tailoring of the
survey to hide options that were not possible to rate from the videos.
We have heard your feedback on this stage and have adjusted our plans
for stage 4.

Stage 4 -- Demonstrator/Pilot

We are asking you to volunteer for a demo of the solution that has been
rated most positively by both our technical staff around the University
(local and central IT) and those researchers who took part in step 3.
We would like you to rate the pilot version of Citrix Fileshare and to
measure it against the system you currently use (dropbox, sugar sync,
google drive, etc). The pilot will be available for two weeks to enable
you to try it out fully.

If you are willing to try out the pilot version of Strathcloud please
reply to this email and I will have a user account created for you on
the pilot system. _Please reply by Monday at 9am_ in order to ensure
that a user account can be created for you in time for the start of the
pilot.

Please feel free to forward this email to your research colleagues.

Thanks

Claire
