[Academic] UCAS Lunch Reminder - IMPORTANT

Dear All,

The next UCAS Lunch is this Thursday, 5th March.  Please can you let me know if you are available for 20 minutes to be present in the common room when the prospective students and their parents arrive, to answer questions or just say hello in a warm and welcoming way :).  This would be from 11.40am until 12 noon.

Please let me know your availability either way as soon as you can and in  particular if you are available. (Please remember that these are very important recruitment events for the department and this week's event has almost 80 attendees (including parents) registered  - having members of academic staff around when they arrive helps to create a very good impression).
