[Academic] Staff Load

Hi Everyone

I have been asked by Erling to update the staff load for 2014-15.  I have already done some work on administration, teaching and research but require your input to ensure that I haven't missed anything.  My plan is to spend the next three weeks catching up with staff to go over the details and to make changes where necessary.

Would it be possible, should you find yourself on the 8th floor to pop in so that we can discuss, alternatively I will be in contact to arrange a convenient time for us to have a discussion.
