[Academic] IMPORTANT: Account Codes for Overheads and DTG-RTSG

Hi Everyone

I was struggling to understand why staff were using one particular code for overheads and DTG/RTSG.  These codes are wrong and should not be used.  It turns out that they are listed on the Finance HUB and that this spreadsheet does not hold individual information for overheads and DTG/RTSG.

As a result I have now compiled a list of account codes for overheads (CF1000A) and DTG/RTSG (DF1000F) accounts which you should use from now.

I will transfer any previous orders charged to the wrong account, but please note that this may take a while.  Your balances are correct on our own departmental FIS system, so please refer to this and not the new FMS system until you hear from me.  I will hopefully have an update for the Departmental Committee meeting.
