[Academic] Class Questionnaires

Dear All,

Melanie will be issuing you with the class questionnaires towards the end of the week. Please can you process as follows

1. Hand out questionnaires at the start of a lecture
2. Set aside 5 minutes in the lecture for the students to complete
3. Remind students on order of questions and how to fill in
4. Collect the questionnaires from students at end of lecture
5. Pass back to Melanie for processing
