[Academic] Teaching this term

Dear All,

There is growing pressure on departments in the University to improve its NSS Feedback and Assessment scores. The Department did very well last year and has been held up as exemplar department for the way that it manages its A&F processes. To further help me understand what we are doing well I would like all staff teaching this semester to complete the attached pro-forma and return to Melanie by 16th December. I can then analyse the information and discuss with the students as to whether they feel our approach is working. This again comes down to managing the students’ expectations which really helped last year.
