Subject: Extended Room Utilisation Survey (Colville and Architecture Buildings)

Dear all,

EXTENDED ROOM UTILISATION SURVEY (Colville and Architecture Buildings)

During week commencing 23rd November 2015 all central pool teaching rooms in the Colville and Architecture Buildings will be surveyed as part of the annual teaching room utilisation survey.

Each room will be visited once during every hour of each day from Monday 23rd November to Friday 27th November, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to count the number of students in each room.

In previous surveys the preference of some lecturers has been for the surveyors to identify themselves where it is necessary to enter the room to count the students.

This will continue to be the default instruction to the surveyors this year unless there is a weight of response to the contrary.

Can you please disseminate this information to teaching staff with teaching activities allocated to central pool teaching rooms in the Colville and Architecture Buildings.
