[Academic] Non Staff/External Examiners Expense Form

Dear All

Please find attached the Non-staff expense claim form that should be used for external examiners/non staff members.

Finance have been receiving quite a few "old style" expense claim forms for processing.  Please note that finance will no longer process claims that are produced on the old  template and will send these forms back to the department.

To delay any payments I would be grateful if the attached form could be used for externals/non staff members.
