Hello,

It's time to consider the next three years of Mathematica licensing!

If you're paying for network Mathematica, please indicate what licenses you want to purchase this time around.

If you want to join the scheme and purchase new licenses for the next three years, please let me know.

I hope to collate the responses on 15th August for reply to Ronnie Wallace.

Please see forwarded e-mail below from Wolfram detailing the costs for Mathematica at our current level 3 pricing.
The level of pricing is based on the amount of licenses we hold.

This would be for a 3 year agreement, with the prices below what you would pay annually for each product.

Holdings at the moment are as follows

Physics:- Mathematica License Managers (2), Mathematica Network Increments (11)

Please let me know ASAP if you wish to continue with the licenses you hold for the next three years. I will then get a quote and if we qualify for level 3 pricing I will assume you wish to continue in the agreement and start asking for money.

I hope you are well?

I am e-mailing you with regards the Mathematica agreement you have, which will expire in November.

As it may take some time to get responses from people, I thought I would provide you with the unit costs for each license type, based on the quantities you currently have and level 3 pricing.

These prices are as follows

Mathematica License Manager £97.27 + VAT each

Mathematica Network Increment £219.12 + VAT each

Mathematica Single Machine License £169.00 + VAT each


If you could provide the users with these costs and let me know which licenses and in what quantities you require, I will then send you the quote and contract document for signing
