THIS EMAIL IS BEING SENT TO YOU AS ONE OF THE EXAM CO-ORDINATORS WITHIN YOUR DEPARTMENT. IF THIS NO LONGER APPLIES TO YOU CAN YOU PLEASE PASS THIS EMAIL ONTO THE APPROPRIATE PERSON AND ADVISE EXAMS-ADMIN at STRATH.AC.UK<mailto:EXAMS-ADMIN at STRATH.AC.UK> ACCORDINGLY.

The August re-sit diet starts on Wednesday 03/08/16 so can you ask invigilators to re-acquaint themselves with the University Invigilation Policy (document attached).

Invigilators should ensure that they arrive at the examination room at least 20 minutes before the beginning of the examination and that if they are unable to attend an examination that an appropriate substitute is appointed and briefed.
