Subject: FW: NPL EPSRC iCASE 2017-18 Studentships Call.

Dear All,

Please find below information on this year's NPL iCASE PGR studentships. The first step in securing one of these is to connect with an NPL scientist around a topic of mutual interest, in order to jointly develop a studentship proposal. I understand it that the NPL proposer then submits the application into the NPL system by the Oct 7th deadline. Should further information became available, such as Faculty or University commitment of contributions to additional aligned studentships as in previous years, I will let you know.

On a related matter please continue to sign up for the Faculty's NPL engagement seminar on Sept 15th using http://www.eventbrite.com/e/npl-scotland-science-engagement-tickets-27383119648<http://www.eventbrite.com/e/npl-scotland-science-engagement-tickets-27383119648?aff=utm_source%3Deb_email%26utm_medium%3Demail%26utm_campaign%3Dnew_event_email&utm_term=eventurl_text>

Regards,

Rob

Subject: NPL EPSRC iCASE 2017-18 Studentships Call...

The NPL 2017-18 Call for EPSRC iCASE studentships has now gone live via the NPL intranet. Some of the details associated with this call being as follows.

All 'strategic' and 'generic' iCASE proposals will be assessed against the standard criteria NPL scientific research project assessment criteria.
