Dear Sir or Madam,

Today we would like to share some information on the RISE Worldwide programme 2017 – Research Internships in Science and Engineering.
RISE Worldwide offers summer research internships across the world to German undergraduate students with academic training in biology, chemistry, physics, earth sciences, engineering, or a closely related field.

  * Students assist in research and lab work for a proposed project
  * Research groups, laboratories and doctoral students can apply to host a motivated and well qualified student from Germany
  * All students receive a scholarship from DAAD to help cover living expenses and travel costs
  * Funding can be awarded for a period of up to three months
  * Working language will be in English
  * RISE Worldwide is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research.

If you would like to host an intern in 2017, you can submit a project offer until 15 October 2016. Please see the attached flyer for further information or visit https://www.daad.de/rise/en/rise-worldwide/.

We would be grateful if you could also forward this email to colleagues within the above-mentioned academic fields.

Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any further questions or contact the RISE Worldwide team directly atrise-ww at daad.de<mailto:rise-ww at daad.de>.

Kind regards,
Vanessa
