[Academic] Audit output proposal

Dear All

This is a final reminder to you all to propose quickly on Pure any new 
outputs for the research audit. There are still several people that have 
no outputs proposed.

Plenty of others have not updated what they have done from last year. 
This is OK if you do not have any new high quality work, but if you do 
then please propose it quickly.
