[Academic] Class Questionnaires

Melanie has placed the class questionnaires in your pigeon holes. Can you process as follows

1. Hand out to students at start of lecture and ask them to complete both sides.

2. Remind the students how to fill in the questionnaire

3. Collect from the students

4. Return to Melanie who will process.
