Hi Everyone,

As a follow-up to my question a couple of months ago about our existing links with potential international partners, the university is also exploring possible links with Caltech.

If you have any existing or potential collaborations there, it would be great if you could let me know.

Thanks and very best regards,
Andrew

Dear Colleagues

Next month the Principal will be visiting Caltech<http://www.caltech.edu/> to share information on key research strengths and strategic themes, and to explore areas of common research interest with the aim of identifying potential areas for future collaboration.

The reason for this email is to inform you of the visit and to ask you for information which may be relevant to it. I would therefore be very grateful if you could let me know, by early next week if at all possible:

i. If you or colleagues in your department have any existing links with these institution which could be further developed
ii. If there are any specific areas in which you or colleagues would be interested in exploring opportunities for future collaborations
iii. Any other information which may be of relevance to the Principal during his visit.

According to our internal systems, we have no jointly funded projects with Caltech, however, there may well be unfunded relationships that we are not aware of.

Kind regards
Clare
