Athena SWAN Gender Equality focus groups and survey

The University holds a Bronze Athena SWAN award<http://www.ecu.ac.uk/equality-charters/athena-swan/>, recognising its commitment to gender equality.

As part of our next Athena SWAN award submission in November 2017, we are holding a number of staff consultation events. These will consider progress since our 2014 award and areas for further development from 2017-21. The consultations are an opportunity to influence the University’s gender equality initiatives over the next four years.

Staff are invited to attend one or more of the focus groups below, which will cover topics including career development, family friendly & flexible working, managing career breaks and organisational culture.

If you are unable to attend the group meetings, you can also contribute via the Gender Equality Survey online<https://strath.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_cvZba3DgMWAVmN7>.
