[Academic] IMPORTANT: DO NOT IGNORE: Completion of Timesheets

Hi

I have received a fraught email from Finance requesting that staff complete monthly timesheets where there is a requirement.  This affects EU projects and some others and will form part of the terms and conditions of the grant.

The timesheets need to be completed and signed by the PI on a monthly basis and held in the department so that they can be forwarded to Finance at the appropriate time for the required reporting period.

This is really important and failure to do this could affect your funding.

Please ensure that your researchers know the process and complete these each month.
