[Academic] exam marking

Dear All

At the PGT board the external examiner picked up on a small deficiency 
in exam marking. The books in question did not have red lines at the 
margins to indicate that the material was looked at by the marker and, 
maybe more importantly, the checker had signed that the lines were in place.

Please make sure to follow the guidelines as marker and checker.
