Hi Shirley,

It was nice to talk to you. As I mentioned, I need some urgent help with an issue that has been reported by one of our clients who is looking to launch a food and beverage product.

The product packaging container utilises one of our additives. The function of the additive is to block visible light as the content degrade due to photo oxidation. We need help with identify a test protocol for the light intensity that would simulate 9 month shelf-life in central Africa.

I believe the best approach would be for me to speak to one of your research fellows and describe the problem in detail and see whether this is something you'd be able to help me with.

I live just North of Glasgow so it's easy for me to drop-in for a conversation or we can discuss over the phone in the first instance.

I'd appreciate if someone can contact me asap as the matter is urgent due to delay in product launch.
