A number of students have been asking about transferring between BSc and MPhys or about
resits. To help with your PDA discussions, please find below the various requirements for
progression to 2nd year.

Progression to 2nd year

BSc Physics / Physics with Teaching:
 - min.100 credits by end of 1st year (best to have 120)
 - credit-weighted average > 45%

MPhys Physics:
 - min.100 credits by end of 1st year (best to have 120)
 - credit-weighted average > 55%

Mphys Physics with Advanced Research:
 - min.120 credits by end of 1st year
 - credit-weighted average > 75%
