Dear Reviewers

Thank you for assisting your department and the Faculty with the important task of reviewing colleagues in your department.  The annual Accountability and Development Review is a significant mechanism for ensuring that the department and the Faculty delivers its objectives within the context of the University strategy.  I attach a quick reference guide specific to Reviewers in Science which I hope will be a useful complement to the guidance available at https://www.strath.ac.uk/hr/adr/.
