[Academic] Photomultiplier tubes

Dear all,

while prepping a lab for new instrumentation I just found a cache of about a dozen photomultiplier tubes, some of them still in their original packaging. Does anyone in the Department have a use for these wonders of 20th century technology? I am very reluctant to dump them and can offer them free to a good home.
