[Academic] Zemax Purchase?

Sorry for the circular, but we are going to purchase a perpetual license for Zemax (Zemax OpticStudio Professional) optical design software. The cost for one license is £10k. However, if we get 5 licenses the cost is £20k total and for 10 licenses the cost is apparently £26k. 
Is there anyone else in the Department who would like to purchase this software.
