[Academic] pFact is required for all external funding applications

Dear all,

I'd like to remind all staff to please inform the Department and submit a pFACT in advance of any application for a grant or fellowship, even an outline application.

Also, there is a requirement for staff to discuss their pFACTs with Kirsten or Gabrielle in advance and to submit them at least five working days prior to the grant deadline.
