[Academic] Departmental Open Evening (Wed Oct 24th) - tour guides required

Dear all,

Part of the department's open evening for prospective undergraduates on 
Wed 24th Oct will involve a tour of some research labs in the JA 
building, during which the audience of pupils and parents will be split 
into groups which will go round each lab in turn.

We need a guide for each group to escort them between the labs. The 
event will start at 6.30pm but guides would be needed around from 7.30 - 
9.00 so if you can help with this then please let me know.

If you don't know where some of our labs are, I'll show you.
