[Academic] EPSRC RTSG Funding 2018-19

Hi

I have been alerted to a problem on FMS.  Your balances for the RTSG funding (GEN2915) are in some cases incorrect.  The funding for this year has not actually been allocated from RKES as yet but this is due to be done shortly and may further complicate matters.  Finance are aware of the situation and aim to rectify it.
