[Academic] University PGR projects page

There are a number of PhD project adverts which appear on our section of 
the University PGR opportunities/projects page (link below) which have 
"open ended" deadlines but look to be out of date .

you have and want to leave it unchanged then you need do nothing.

Please let me or Audrey know if you want to :

- remove a project
- replace a project with another one
- add a new project
