[Academic] MSc project allocation

Dear All

Please find the project allocation attached. Thank you very much for 
providing these projects. There is no need for immediate action. 
Students will concentrate on their exams now. Official project start is 
3/6/2019 after the decision of the board. Between their last exam and 
the start date students can start a literature survey based on the key 
references given in the project description and you can point them to 
safety training (e.g. laser safety online course) they could do 
beforehand to speed up things, if they are not going away for a break.

We are probably going to need to more projects in the BCP area for 
students returning from last year.

Brian, Gail, hence we are probably still going to need the "MesoTIE" 
currently not allocated.

And one more ...
