Review document
This document contains a list of high cost-per-use subscriptions identified by the Library and which might be considered for non-renewal in order to support new and existing subscriptions; and
At this time we would be grateful if you could please consult with colleagues in your Department on this list to determine whether there are any objections to potential non-renewal of these titles.
For additional context the document also includes lists of i) all subscriptions in the Faculty portfolio and ii) new subscription recommendations received from the Faculty and also titles where we can upgrade our subscription for an additional cost (desiderata tab)

With full usage details available on the attached spreadsheet. It should be noted that the high cost-per-use of many of these titles is due to a lack of usage figures, which is something I am keen to discuss with you. I know we will be unlikely to cancel these titles but it would be useful to discuss what we do with titles where we don’t have usage figures.

New subscription recommendations
The Library continues to welcome recommendations for new subscriptions. Recommendations for consideration in this year’s review (2019) should be submitted to the Library no later than 31st July 2019.
