[Academic] CPM Reporting

Hi

For those of you with access to the new costing tool tab on FMS you may find this useful when trying to export reports.  There have been some error problems which are known by the centre but which may take some time to resolve.  By following the instructions below you may be able to resolve the problem.

This does seem to be a browser related issue.  Could you please try the following:


*       Ensure browser is set to a UK date format
*       Clear the cookies/cache data from your browser.
*       Try a different browser e.g. Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari
*       If possible try logging in via a different device to see if the problem persists.

Hi

I am having problems as are some of my colleagues in exporting the JeS report on the CPM tab on FMS.

I have tried clearing my browser history but it still keeps coming up with the same problem.  Can you advise?
