[Academic] Teaching years 1-3 for 2019/20

Dear All,

Many thanks for helping Alison, Nigel and Brian in revising the 
Department's courses for 2019/20 to accommodate the introduction of the 
new Maths for Physics courses (and some changes in lecturer 
availability). These were first introduced last year 2018/19, and will 
be rolled out into 2nd year in the new academic year. This has resulted 
in changes to who teaches the courses. More changes will be expected as 
the changes are rolled out into the 3rd year courses in the following 
2020/21 academic year - but that comes next year!

Please see below the revised teaching allocations and course codes for 
years 1-3 for the next academic year, 2019/20 :

Please note that staff to assist in the laboratories PH180, PH280 and 
PH350, will be contacted separately.

If you are just about to start teaching a course for the first time, 
these links will give you the course information and the previous 
lecturer(s) from whom can get further information including course 
materials, names of teaching/tutorial assistants etc. If you intend to 
make any /minor /changes to the course syllabus/assessment methods, 
*please let Brian **know**(b.w.j.mcneil at strath.ac.uk) *.

If you have already got teaching/tutorial assistants arranged, *please 
can you let Brian know the course and their name(s)*. If you need an 
assistant but do not have anybody suitable you can organise 
yourself,*please let Brian know*.
