[Academic] PDA meetings & coffee morning

Dear All,

Just a reminder that, where possible, staff should be available to meet with their PDA students from around 10.40am on
Monday 16th September, and should then bring them along to (and preferably attend) the coffee morning in the level 8
common room between ~11.00am and 12pm. Please feel free to attend the coffee morning and meet our new students
even if you don't have any PDA students. Free re-useable mugs will be provided!

We have set-up a generic e-mail address (pda at phys.strath.ac.uk) for students to use when their PDAs are not available.
This is monitored by a small group of staff. If possible, please include this in your out-of-office replies so that any PDA issues
that may arise while you are away can be dealt with on your behalf.
