Subject: FW: UKRO (Brussels) Annual Visit 9th October 2019 - your help please

Hi All,

Please see below details of an UKRO visit tomorrow - I realise its quite late in the day but the team have had problems with SPRIAL and the booking system.

If you were able to send this out to researchers in your department for a final push we'd be very grateful.

Any queries please to let Emma W (cc'd) know.

Best wishes,
Alison

Subject: UKRO (Brussels) Annual Visit 9th October 2019 - your help please

Dear all,

Tomorrow, as you may be aware, the University is hosting the annual visit of Mr Blazej Thomas, our Senior European Advisor from the UK Research Councils' Office (UKRO) in Brussels. With four sessions over the course of the day, it will, as ever, be an occasion for staff of the University to have access to the latest information and intelligence on key current and future matters in the European funding landscape. The sessions will be interactive, with presentations, and plenty of time for questions and answers.

With apologies for my intrusion into your overflowing inbox, I wonder if you could draw to the attention of staff in your teams/Departments/Faculties the agenda for the day. Some problems have been encountered with the SPIRAL booking system, and participation of staff of the University at the sessions is presently at a lower number than would be usual.

Details of the sessions are below. It would be great if as many staff as possible could have access to the sessions that might be of interest, if they are free.

Please again accept my apologies for this late email - if you are able to pass on this information, your help will be most gratefully received.
