Hi

For those of you who attended the Department Committee, you would have been made aware that Catherine and I were having access issues with Pegasus and that we couldn't be sure if we were seeing all disability students.

I have now gone through the process manually and confirm that we are now both seeing all U/G students. There is a still a problem with P/G students and we are working with the Disability Service to resolve this.

You will have now checked your classes and put in place the recommendations for each disability student but can I please ask you to pay particular attention to whether a student has a PEEP plan listed. You will need to know about their evacuation plan in the event of a fire. We haven't received anything from the Centre or the Fire Safety Officer and this should mean that there are none but this is area that has fallen down in the past so I asking you directly to check this.

Many thanks

Kirsten
