Dear All,
Some of you will be starting to teach a course in Semester 2. While some will be starting a new course not taught in Semester 1, others will be taking over a shared course taught in both Semesters.
For those courses where the teaching is being transferred to another Lecturer(s), can the Lecturers involved please liaise with each other to ensure that the Tutorial/Lab assistants required for Semester 2 will be in place and let me know of any required changes.
For those teaching a Semester 2 only-course, can you please let me know your requirements for any Tutorial/Lab assistants. If you have already arranged assistants by yourself please also let me know. We need to know the names of ALL assistants for each course/lab.
Note that, due to financial constraints on the teaching budget, PhD student assistants cannot be assigned without the agreement of the Department.
Please can you let me know of your requirements by Friday 13 Dec at the latest.
Thanks & regards,
Brian
