[Academic] FW: Photography - short notice request

To Academic Staff,

The Faculty is organising a photographer to come round departments and take photos of people in labs/conducting experiments so we have up to date photos for use at open days, on marketing materials, etc.

The photographer is making a preliminary visit this Friday to scope out the possibilities.  If you have some interesting kit in your lab which would make a good photo with people in it, and would be able to allow the photographer access around noon tomorrow, please let me know.

Hi Gabrielle

Happy New Year!  I hope you had a good time over the holidays.

Sorry for the short notice but I am meeting with our photographer on Friday 10th January and I was wondering would it be possible to arrange access to Physics labs that you think may ne appropriate for photography, such as the one in the image attached that you had previously sent me, at around 12 noon?

I understand it's short notice so may not be possible and therefore if there is a more convenient date/time please let me know.
