[Academic] Exam board information

Dear All,

Faculty require the Department to take into account adjustments made to 
modules due to industrial action and covid-19 for Examination Board 
decision making, appeals and complaints. Could you therefore provide by 
the end of this week, succinct information (in the format below please) 
for each module you were teaching:

> PHXXX:

> 1) Detail of any teaching cancelled as a result of Industrial Action
>
> 2) Mitigation for teaching which was not delivered as a result of 
> Industrial Action e.g. removal of assessment material
>
> 3) Details of converting face to face elements of teaching as a result 
> of Covid19 - e.g. number of Zoom lectures/tutorials
>
> 4) Details of any teaching/tutorials cancelled as a result of Covid19 
> - e.g. number of computational practicals cancelled
