[Academic] Teaching in Semester 1

Dear All,

Staff have raised some questions recently regarding teaching 
requirements for Semester 1. While most has been communicated 
previously, I summarise here what the minimum requirements are:

1) All lectures should be pre-recorded and made available on MyPlace 
with corrected transcripts. These would be the voice-over PowerPoint slides.
2) Synchronous lecture material delivered directly to students via Zoom 
(e.g. key points, worked examples, discussion of issues from tutorials, 
etc) should be recorded and the (unedited) Zoom transcript provided with 
note that it may contain transcription errors.
3) Synchronous tutorial material - the lead group tutor should be 
recorded when presenting solutions and, as with 2), the (unedited) Zoom 
transcript provided. Zoom recording should be stopped for student 
discussions/questions etc.
4) Induction events: talk recorded, the (unedited) Zoom transcript provided
